Symptoms or Error

Bookmarks are missing in Chrome in published desktop session

Solution

Open Studio.
Access Policies tab.
Add the following policies-

1.Directories to Synchronize.
Value:AppData\Local\Google\Chrome
2.Files to synchronize.
Value: \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Bookmarks\*

Run gpupdate /force or reboot the server if necessary.

Problem Cause

Bookmarks are excluded by default in the .ini file. It needs to be synchronized by specifying in the policy.
