XenMoblie: Draft emails in Secure Mail not syncing with MS Exchange

Q: Users create drafts in Secure Mail but these do not get synced with MS Exchange and viewable in Outlook. After repeated attempts to amend and save the draft it will be deleted without being synced. Is this a known issue?

A: With regard to the Draft folder syncing, there are limitation regarding ActiveSync in versions earlier than V16.

In the MSDN blog https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/exchangedev/2015/06/08/announcing-exchange-activesync-v16/ syncing of the draft folder using ActiveSync is a new feature only available in V16 (Exchange 2016) and not supported in earlier versions.

Support for Exchange Server 2016. You can now integrate SecureMail with Exchange Server 2016. Support for Exchange Server 2016 does not include support for new features and functionality introduced with ActiveSync 16. SecureMail will continue to make use of ActiveSync 14 features and functionality when syncing mail, calendar, and contacts with Exchange Server 2016.
