A “new” feature for ShareFile Enterprise Accounts will be soon released.
Here after are the changes:
- “Delete” is replaced with “Archive”
- Recycle Bin is replaced with “Pending Archive”
- Archive Search is available by clicking on Settings > Admin Settings
- Search via ShareID is available and search results show the below (example search result)
- Admins can configure File Retention Policy to auto archive files
- Reporting will now show Archive (instead of Delete)
