iPhone XS and XS Max Users unable to download attachments using Secure Mail.

When trying to download an attachment using Secure Mail on an iPhone XS or iPhone XS Max running iOS 12, the error “Cannot Download Attachment” is displayed.

In addition, if sending attachments, for example, photos, logs, documents, etc., they will not be able to be opened by the message recipient.

Citrix is aware of the problem and is currently investigating the issue.
