With XenMobile Cloud, Citrix have introduced a feature to restrict the XenMobile Admin Console access based on the IP address.

Steps to Limit the XenMobile Admin console access

1. Logon to XenMobile Management Console
2. Click on Cloud symbol with the Gear on top of it in the top right hand corner.  User-added image

3. Click on “Edit Console Access”

4. You can add the IP addresses separated by comma in the field “Limit the XenMobile Admin console access to”

Note: This option via the Citrix Cloud portal is only available prior to onboarding a customer/site.

If the site is already provisioned, any ACL needed for the service has to be completed by the Cloud-Ops team.
