Citrix has released new enhancements for Custom Workflows

Podio Triggers
You can now build a workflow that will automatically trigger an approval workflow or email whenever a change happens in an app in your linked Podio account. Be sure to log in to your Podio account first if you haven’t already. You may choose to trigger the workflow based on an item being created or updated within the designated Podio app and workspace.
When selecting Send an Email step, notice the new tags available for Podio to build the email template of your dreams. Podio fields from your app will also be available to use as tags (in this example, these include Client Name, Industry, State, and Files).
Updated iOS and Android ShareFile Workflows mobile apps

- Bug fixes and quality improvements.
Using the Citrix ShareFile Workflows app (available for iOS and Android), recipients can sign in and review all forms that have been deployed to them.
Additional enhancements:
- Approval links are shown when a workflow instance is waiting on user input
- Workflow instances can now be sorted by last update date
- Enter Details and Review Summary in Workflow Builder are now more mobile responsive
- Notify the user appropriately if they attempt to archive an actively used Form Template
- Users will now no longer see bundles in the folder picker elements
- We’re now publishing form, workflow template, and workflow instance events to the Event Pipeline
- Issue fixed where New Workflow Template and New Form Template buttons weren’t clickable in Firefox and Edge browsers
- Issue fixed where Custom Workflow bundles were leading to the dashboard
- Remove default workflow template name
Important Notes:
- Ability to initiate Podio triggers will be based on permissions set in Podio
- If you make changes to the selected Podio workspace while you are building your workflow, please refresh the workflow builder in ShareFile to see the newly updated apps
- Field changes made in Podio after enabling the Podio trigger workflow will not be reflected in the created workflow instance. Create a new workflow to include these updates.
- Custom Workflows is available via the AST Enable Mobile Forms Workflow.
- Building and administering workflows requires the following employee permission: Create and deploy workflow actions and triggers. The Custom Workflows link in ShareFile only appears for users with this permission. By default, only the master admin will receive this permission when the feature is first enabled on the account. This permission is available as part of Policy-Based Administration.
- Custom Workflows includes support for Citrix Managed Storage Zones and both US and EU control planes.
- Localization in other languages is not currently supported
