Issue:  Unable to Sync Mail (STA Method) when using NetScaler Gateway 12.0

  • With NetScaler Gateway 12.0 build 41.16, mail sync fails for XenMobile Secure Mail on iOS and Android devices. The error message stated on the ns.log file: STA Ticket length from the ICA file exceeds the maximum length for STA tickets. [BUG ID: 685075]
  • Problem Cause: Secure Mail sync over a STA connection does not function properly with NetScaler 12.0.
  • Solution: This issue has been fixed in NetScaler 12.0 build 41.22.
