ShareFile WebApp / Platform Release 17.3 was fully released on February 23, 2017. This release includes some new updates and bug fixes.
- Client Default View Upon Login: client users will now be taken to the “Shared Folders” menu upon logging in to their account. Client users may still access the “Dashboard” menu using the navigation menu on the left.
- Updated Warning Message when Cancelling an Account with add-ons: Customers that have purchased multiple products will now be shown an informative warning message indicating that they may only cancel ShareFile from the web application and must contact customer support to cancel certain add-on services.
- Key API Exposures/Additions: An API was created to fetch all enterprise orders for a given SF account. An API was exposed to retrieve list of accounts for a given criteria and a new EnterpriseOrders endpoint was created to return all active orders.
- Quality Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Cannot modify folder permissions on newly added distribution groups unless you refresh page
- Inconsistent Behavior Between Clear All and X on Share Flow
- Activation links not working
- Unable to add additional billing email addresses
- Non-admins of a folder can still bring up Add People to Folder box
- Users already included in distribution group are still selectable when adding users to group
- Unable to search user by company name in “browse clients/employees”
- Accounts are not receiving reset passwords from the website
- Attempting to access user-detailed page for Client Users failing on accounts with Storage Quotas enabled
- getAddressBook filter by Company doesn’t work
- View-Only Video files don’t play when viewed from folder
