Citrix has released the newest release of ShareFile for Gmail version 1.1.1.
How to get it:
- New users can add this browser extension to Chrome through the Chrome Extensions store at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/sharefile-for-gmail/nmckiofeplfldjpjiaheipdojpgiimdf?hl=en….
- Current users will receive the update soon.

This release includes a small package of bug fixes. Here are some highlights:
UI Improvements
We have changed some small details about the banner, such as text weight and width, so it matches better with banners generated by the other email integrations (Outlook Plugin & ShareFile for Outlook). Users of the Outlook Plugin were seeing an incorrect file preview when receiving files sent using ShareFile for Gmail. This has been fixed.
Require Sign-In
The user creation process when sending files/request links that require sign-in was not working as expected. This has been fixed so it behaves like other tools.
The following issues have also been resolved:
• Users with accounts with set maximum share expirations were not able to login through the Options page.
• Accounts with Archiving enabled were able to sharing folders.
• Users reviewing share options were not able to click the “Done” button if they did not make changes to the settings.
